Bahar Dilegelen plays a key role within our vetting team and often serves as the first point of contact for new clients. Her responsibilities include assessing new personal injury claims, coordinating initial client meetings, and managing one of the most critical stages of any case: the initial setup. This initial work ensures that each matter is organised for efficient and effective handling throughout its progression.

Alongside her vetting work, Bahar has expanded her role by joining our personal injury department, where she is now responsible for managing her own caseload. Her attention to detail, reliability, and approachable manner make her a valued part of the firm.

Bahar graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in a non-legal field but quickly found her passion in law. She joined Advantage Solicitors in 2022 and is now building her career in the legal sector with a strong commitment to helping clients.

Outside of work, Bahar enjoys walking in the countryside, playing various musical instruments, and reading.
