Based in North London, Advantage Solicitors has been honoured with the “Excellence in Law Award” at the 14th Annual CEFTUS (Centre for Turkey Studies) Excellence Awards Gala Dinner.
The event took place on 3 November 2025 at the prestigious Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel in London.

Bringing Together the Leaders of the Community

The gala brought together leading figures from politics, academia, business and media, celebrating the outstanding achievements of the Turkish, Kurdish and Cypriot communities across the UK.
Organised for the fourteenth time by CEFTUS, the ceremony recognised individuals who have made a difference in fields such as community service, entrepreneurship, academia, media, and law.
One of the evening’s most prestigious categories, the “Excellence in Law Award”, was presented to Solicitor Fidan Osoy, founder and director of Advantage Solicitors, for her outstanding contribution to the legal profession and her support to thousands within the Turkish, Kurdish and Cypriot communities in the UK.

Upon receiving the Best Lawyer of the Year award, Solicitor Fidan Osoy expressed her gratitude with the following words:
