Nilufa Choudhury is a qualified Lawyer specialising in personal injury litigation, with a focus on serious and catastrophic injury claims. She also oversees HR and compliance functions in her role as Office Manager.

Nilufa Choudhury completed her LLB (Hons) at London Metropolitan University in 2007. She began the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law in 2015, further enhancing her legal training, although she pursued qualification through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) route. Nilufa Choudhury qualified as a Lawyer through CILEX in 2016, following several years of practical legal experience within personal injury law, which began in 2011.

Nilufa Choudhury began her legal career as a Personal Injury Paralegal in 2011, joining Advantage
Solicitors in 2013. Since then, she has worked across a wide range of personal injury litigation
matters, including:

• Occupier’s Liability
• Road Traffic Accidents
• Catastrophic and life-changing injury claims
• Clinical Negligence
She now focuses exclusively on serious injury litigation, while also managing the firm’s HR and compliance responsibilities.

Outside of the office, Nilufa Choudhury is a dedicated family person, married with two children. She enjoys hosting dinner parties, reading both classic and contemporary novels and is actively involved in charity work, supporting local communities with legal and family matters.
