Ayse is a qualified Solicitor and Litigation Manager at Advantage Solicitors with years of experience in litigation. With a strong foundation in law and dedicated to client care, she specialises in all aspects of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence, bringing a wealth of experience managing complex and high-value claims. Prior to commencing work with Advantage Solicitors, Ayse has worked in one of the Top 25 UK law firms and further gained experience in a Top 10 UK law firm.

Recognised for her hardworking, strategic and quick-thinking approach, Ayse is deeply understanding of her clients’ needs and consistently strives for the best outcomes. She is committed to supporting her clients through challenging times, combining legal expertise with an empathetic approach. Her multilingual skills, being fluent in English and Turkish allows her to form a closer relationship with her local community and provide a service to clients enabling them to have a better understanding of the legal procedures.

Ayse is also able to speak intermediate German and basic Spanish and has an interest in continuing
to develop her foreign language skills. Outside of her legal work, she enjoys playing the piano, swimming and is a passionate follower of Formula 1 motor racing. Above all, she cherishes being a mother, balancing a demanding career with a fulfilling family life.
