Fotey Culpan is a Paralegal at Advantage Solicitors, specialising in Personal Injury Law. She supports personal injury litigators with tasks such as liability investigations, gathering medical evidence, and drafting pleadings and statements.  Her responsibilities also include assessing new enquiries, reviewing documentation, and evaluating the viability of potential cases. Additionally, she provides vital assistance during litigation by helping prepare court documents and ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines.

Fotey completed her LLB (Hons) in Commercial Law at City, St George’s, University of London in 2022, graduating with an upper second-class distinction. She joined Advantage Solicitors the same year and is currently gaining the practical experience required to progress to the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).

Fotey is trilingual, fluent in English, Kurdish, and Turkish, which enhances her ability to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
